Automatic Feeding for Thread Rolling Machines

Note: these units are largely custom-built, so samples are normally required; lead time is about one week.

Main applications. Our automation workshop supplies bar feeders for centreless grinders, cylindrical grinders, thread rolling machines, knurling machines, induction furnaces and polishing machines, plus magnetic separators and oil-water separators. Special-purpose machines can be designed to customer requirements, cutting labour and production cost.

Features.

1. Multi-step grinding in one pass, with automatic wheel dressing and size compensation (grinder units).
2. Manual or automatic loading, servo drive, touch-screen operation and simple teach-in programming.
3. In-line automatic measuring gauges can be added on request.
