Maintenance. There is considerable friction between the moving parts, so lubricate every rotating point with ordinary oil before each start-up. Check the straightening drum regularly and keep scale and rust off both faces of the drum to maintain straightening quality.

Applications. Straightening and cutting coiled round rebar for railway and highway guardrails, livestock cages, hardware, insulation mesh and construction steel, and in concrete precast plants. Straightening accuracy is high, the machine is reliable, and setting a length is quick and repeatable.

Construction. Motor, cutting wheel, crankshaft assembly, cutting assembly, slideway, slideway bracket, wire feed roller assembly, straightening assembly, frame, guards, slideway limit lock and slideway spring.
